
Working as part of a great team, amazing technology but need to start growing and doing some things differently on the business and product roadmap side to improve Carbon's financial future
I'm part of a good team (good manager, good coworkers) but the work is purely tactical. There is a missing overall drive for improvement in all areas, pushing the limits and dreaming big on what Carbon can achieve. I enjoy most interactions but looking to learn more and accomplish more.

Forecast decrease, need better performance on sales, need better customer engagement for volumes (automation, factory-designed printer, product/segment oriented application, rolling new product roadmap and not just sticking with what we have)
