Any better opportunity.
Either a better offer elsewhere or the constant "you are not doing good enough but I will not tell you what you nred to change until I fire you for not doing good enough".

It is a consistent pay check.

Non-existent. Any feedback or questions are challenged strongly and decisively.
There is feedback? Oh, right... The round tables that used to take place with the executives. They never listened anyway.
Non-existent. There are no effective feedback processes. Leadership is not interested in feedback. Any feedback is met with calling out the source and destroying it.

Field services is constantly growing with new clients.
All areas are having difficulties. Poor leadership.
Growth - None. Difficulties: Revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, service definition, service quality, employee satisfaction.

Back stabbing, no communication, give the CEO a golden parachute before the company is sold again and a new CEO brought in.
In a word, toxic.
Unknown. Not well defined and poor communication of culture, mission, goals. Management assumes that information trickles down.

How innovative is CompuCom?
Not very advanced, can't seem to get past the Commodity services and into more profitable segments
If you call outsourcing everything to India and deploying hardware that is at least 3 years old innovative, then CompuCom is innovative.
Why work for CompuCom?
Because you literally can't find anything else.

Not much at all. My job is constantly threatened regardless what the clients say. Never rewarded by upper management.

How cheap the company is when it comes to purchasing what is needed to do your job.
The culture, the strategy, and the lack of communication. That the company is not business development or employee focused. Also, that HR makes sure that the Company compensates employee at the lowest industry levels.

There is diversity, how much I do not know.

Poor. No bonuses for 12 months. No raises in 12 years. No leadership. Managers collect data and inform. One one is clearing barriers to success or enabling team members.
