I think the company is going places but at the same time it feels like it's a little messy as they kind of build as they go. My overall experience has not been bad, I enjoy my job for the most part just need better management and less of school micromanaging environment.

Team building opportunist as a whole department that is not over zoom would be beneficial so everyone gets to know each other in a better level just through a computer.

I believe the leadership could get better at communicating in a timely manner. Meaning keeping all employees in the loop of what is going on with the department they currently work in.

Micromanaging is not the best way to manage a group of people. I believe if the company did better at how they manage their employees and took a different approach with them they would get even better results. Sometimes it feels like this is school rather than work with how they manage.
