The leadership team is active in our slack channels. They are actively contributing/responding to inquiries which I feel makes them more approachable. I feel like they are part of the team just like the rest of the employees. It's nice to see they get their hands "dirty" like everyone does.

Generally speak the leadership team is involved with their subordinates, including myself in a positive way for professional growth, from what I observed nothing is brought negatively but more of a learning opportunity. I can appreciate practices such as this more than some snack table.

They have really admirable goals that are undermined by inequity and mismanagement throughout the company itself. I wish they would openly commit to working on this however they can. Curative employees are also part of the communities we serve and our working conditions directly impact our health.

I don't feel undervalued as an employee, but when first hired, I do not think that my prior work experience was taken into consideration. I feel that my skills could have been honed into a lot more, and that payment could have been negotiated. I worked alongside people with less experience, same pay

Wages have not been adjusted for higher costs of living and there doesn't seem to be potential for growth.

When I first started it seems as though this was a dream company to work for but since March 2022 things have declined. The main issues are :the understaffing, hours of operations, micromanaging, new processes and procedures, lack of communication between departments.
