My team is big on communication which is something when working remotely is vital to success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We truly feel like one team working to provide our members and providers with the best health insurance possible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health care is amazing of course, the ClassPass is another favorite of mine and the 401K plan I have never seen another company contribute even if you are not contributing. This makes me feel like they truly care about my future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is active in our slack channels. They are actively contributing/responding to inquiries which I feel makes them more approachable. I feel like they are part of the team just like the rest of the employees. It's nice to see they get their hands "dirty" like everyone does.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy that each day brings a new challenge. Knowing that I can assist member's with being able to receive the level of care they deserve is a wonderful feeling.
