What do you like best about the leadership team?
Like many others, I'm new to Curative and so am still getting to know the org structure. Have not had a lot of interaction with leadership in order to provide answer. I do appreciate that they have a daily presence through the slack platform, so there is some engagement there which is v important

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is very good, I have not had designated sick days which is very nice -- I would have liked for 100% pf sick time to roll over - this would incentivize employees not to use it unless they truly need to. PTO number of days is fair, the opportunity to work from home makes a huge difference.

Equal Pay and or opportunities to grow within the company

I'm inderpaid when compared to my male and non minority counterparts who have the same education and professional background. This also applies for counterparts who did not have the education or professional experience and are still being paid 10-15k more than me
