It's been a whirlwind and I will be leaving soon. The initial impression that was given to me in the interviews was false. There has been no clear picture of work that may be given to me in the future. I'm constantly living in fear of being laid off. I do appreciate the flexibility at times.

Provide more learning and support to all employees. Provide more community and social events. Stop being flashy and showy.
