Working at Dialpad has been an incredible experience. The environment is amazing, and the people are extremely nice and supportive. I am learning so much and genuinely look forward to going to work every day. Everyone is treated as equals, and the atmosphere is consistently positive and happy.

Compensation is below market value because they hire fresh college graduates and spend alot of money on marketing that doesnt work. They also hired too much, so let go of people, get lean, reduce quotas, and be different

The team works collaboratively to solve issues. Engineers, designers, and product managers work closely, taking into consideration different approaches to improve the product.

Too young and immature, all direct college hires who like to party and have gotten lucky.

Hire smarter, hungrier people who can collaborate without entitlement. Hire people who have a plan or know what they're doing unlike the account management/customer success team. Stop promoting people who aren't ready, and hold product and marketing more accountable.

Find a better HR leader and replace the leaders who dont inspire coach or mentor. Get rid of the current ineffective HR team and get rid of all the bloat.

The recruiter had fluent communication with me throughout the entire process and was transparent about each stage.
