Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401(k) matching would really help.
Compensation is below market value because they hire fresh college graduates and spend alot of money on marketing that doesnt work. They also hired too much, so let go of people, get lean, reduce quotas, and be different

People care about making the product the best that it can be.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too young and immature, all direct college hires who like to party and have gotten lucky.
Hire smarter, hungrier people who can collaborate without entitlement. Hire people who have a plan or know what they're doing unlike the account management/customer success team. Stop promoting people who aren't ready, and hold product and marketing more accountable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the company culture is the collaborative and supportive environment. People are always willing to help, share knowledge, and work together towards common goals. This creates a positive atmosphere that encourages growth and teamwork.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Find a better HR leader and replace the leaders who dont inspire coach or mentor. Get rid of the current ineffective HR team and get rid of all the bloat.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter had fluent communication with me throughout the entire process and was transparent about each stage.
Not too many interviews or steps. Process went fast.

I love the work environment and the positive mindset!
What makes me happiest at work is collaborating creatively with my team, creating content that really connects with our audience. The supportive atmosphere and opportunities to learn and grow keep me motivated and excited to contribute every day.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
SMB play, so when we deal with larger customers they get frustrated and demanding.
