Compensation is below market. They do not provide bonuses or equity to employees. Benefits are minimal.
The people I work with are great! Friendly, hardworking, and always willing to help if you have a question.
Communicating to employees. Advocating for their employees. And working together as a team. Also, flexibility, we aren't in the 1980s! DE&I is non existent.
The people are generally great, but the company could put more money into improving the culture. They nickel and dime their employees and you can tell.
Leadership is awful - they cannot advocate for their employees. I think it comes from the man at the top who is out of touch with what a modern workplace looks like.
