I love how everyone works together to reach a common goal. Everyone is also super helpful if I ever have questions.

The team spirit is really what gives me positive vibes working here. Also the clear company values and how everyone understand what they are help create a comfortable culture. Leadership always strives to do that right thing.

The process was a bit different for me since I started as a contractor. Contractor interview was very to the point and focused on my skillset and if I would fit on the team. My interview for transitioning to full time required me to interview with more people and had lot more behavioral questions.
