In the store most people are great just other human being looking to work. Its generally a friendly work place but it is dominated by men the most women Ive seen in one store is 6 of a staff of 20. I love my coworkers at the store Im at now but I think its one in a million.

The other drivers and insiders. The management is what stinks.. they only get moved up because of seniority, not for their great characteristics.

They are fast and reliable

Address the real issue how they treat their subordinates with such negativity it's impossible to improve the productivity and morale. They need to train without being so critical and worry about OA inspection if we start training with dominos core principles and care about their employees

I quit over a coworker stopping me from a delivery and yelling at me saying if I wasn't okay with staying late to work in store I should quit. I will not be yelled at by anyone, especially over something like that. I'm expected to be there on time, I'm allowed to expect to get off on time.

They continue to do the same stuff promise me the same things and make no changes

they need to just do their jobs. not sit in the office on their phone while only two of us are actually making food, answering calls and doing all their workload on top of ours.

Communication, I have multiple supervisors telling me to do different things throughout the day at the same time, I have no idea what to priorities because they all value what they have told me the most.
