My interviewer was honest with me he was my original gm ever since he left I've been lied to and used ever since he never overworked me took my personal life into consideration and covered me like i covered him and he would work instead of watching his employees struggle

The interview process is super easy, especially for drivers, I have seen drivers get hired over text messages. And as long as you don't have a bad driving record and you have a reliable car, you got the delivery job

Interview process wasnt too bad overall but maybe add an online interview option for nonverbal autistic and neurodivergent people.
At the moment if you can start work you get the job

At the dominos i was first hired at I was 17 and hired because I was "cute and would be good for business" I think thats enough said and yes they were creepy.

There was no interview, I handed my CV in, was called around back to the office and filled out two forms, then was asked to sign a stack of forms, then I was hired. At no point was I offered the job, I was simply told when I would start.

The owner schedules interviews with new hires but doesn’t tell anyone at the store that they are coming. They usually show up during dinner rush and have to wait 40 minutes just to have their interview. Only one employee knows how to conduct an interview.
