Communication. Find better and more reliable employees.
Communicate instead brush off problems when a Gmit calls the district for help he says I can't you it has to be at a store level to be able to address the store issues.
Equitable responsibilities shared by staff (ie. cleaning, dishes, etc.). Opening and closing drivers are expected to do work that other drivers don't have to do they make less in tips. If Dominos doesn't start giving a stipend for opening and closing drivers, I fear they won't have any.

Stop promoting nepotism in the workplace. Learn to value the team members who actually work their hardest to maintain an efficient workplace.
Understanding that better pay equals a better work enviroment. That's literally the reason why people constantly leave this job, it's horrible.
Teaching employees correctly instead of just brushing them off and throwing them in the fire.
Hire more people to work in store. If you rely on a driver working in store for things to run smoothly that should be a red flag.
Do work and stop letting employees who dont wanna work do the bare minimum and not force the employees who do work to work overtime. I was threatened because a girl changed her schedule last minute the gm never informed until a hr before my scheduled time to get off.

Structure and maturity in behaviour
Need new agenda for better understanding of Food Chain industry and How much more important than Other Brands
communication, scheduling, enforcing rules, getting rid of any and all discussions involving race, religion, sex, gender and politics, getting better at doing their duties and hiring enough people so there isnt a bare minimum skeleton crew.
The people at the store like managers and below are good people and most of the managers try their hardiest to keep the store running. One problem I can see are many people in all postions bring in family to work for them even the franchises.
Training, and the practice of leadership.
where to begin.. professionalism, friendliness, common sense, rational thinking and empathy for others.
Being respectful to staff, being consistent with what is told to other employees, being professional with younger staff, not condescending and negative!!!!!
Communication selfishness and accountability and actually do work
Helping and not belittling my staff
Reliable people who aren't druggies
