Domino's Pizza Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Not sure they only hire mostly white people.

Review from Sales Dept

Free food, time goes quick when busy and tips are good

The most positive thing is leaving at the end of the day

Yes it is very positive

An environment of celebration among a culture of smiles in front of everyone but exhaustion inside.

I'm not sure to be honest

I enjoy the current team that I work for. The old team was very toxic.

Most of the people arecenjoyable

Review from Customer Support Dept

A few employees who are lax but still get the job done. And willing to learn

People use a facade of friendliness to mask their stress

Management holds everyone accountable while maintaining a kind and understanding culture

The few employees who actually care

My store manager explains me at each and every step.

They just make pizza.. the culture is great.

Review from Sales Dept

Very positive environment, intimidating for a beginner.

My store is literally falling apart and might fail fire inspection because they havent had stuff replaced since 2020

Review from Customer Success Dept

the only thing positive is the minimum wage paychecks every two weeks.

The co-workers and friends that I made are the most positive, they would make terrible days back into better days. As far as people go who work at the Dominos, I would say with have a pretty diverse environment, as far as, race, age, and identification.

I really have no answer on this. Everyone is gossiping behind each other's back. Nobody is held accountable for harmful behavior. Management is absolutely terrible, and not qualified to be in their position.

That i get to work and see different people

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hire enough people in store so you're not constantly letting workers off late

Thanks and recognition would help a lot

Attitude discipline maturity everuthing maturity

Pay. Benefits. Basic appreciation. Adjustments in hours to suit the current staffing.

Very little diversity and poor leadership

Review from Marketing Dept

The atmosphere, we fill so many orders and earn so much, but only get like 3% of what we made that night.

Review from Sales Dept

New supervisor and better management, employees

Review from Operations Dept

The way it's employee are treated

Review from Operations Dept

We need a GM who knows how to run a busy store.

Review from Operations Dept

Upper management support, quality employees and proper training

Review from Sales Dept

Again just lack of leadership and control at least at the store I worked for. Alot of the employees eventually start doing things there way and dont listen. That starts with training and continuous reminding that things are going to be done a certain way and it wasn't happening

Review from Sales Dept

More workers in-store to meet customer demand.

Review from Operations Dept

Complete change in attitude of managers

Review from Customer Support Dept

Care more for the customers and the employees instead of the labor and points so higher up can get their bonus checks.

Review from Operations Dept

Better management and hiring process. If you have been fired 2 times before you shouldn't be rehired because you are personal friends with the store manager

Review from Sales Dept

Team bailey is only concerned about the amount of profits that are made and the fire people that are disabled

Review from Customer Support Dept

Giving low level employees benefits and bonuses would help a lot.

Review from Operations Dept

When the managers finally show up 2 hours late it would help the environment if they actually worked on the floor

Review from Product Dept

the company greediness on thinking only about money

Review from Sales Dept

At my store it's the management team that needs to be trained right and take a few classes on team work
