The work itself is doable however the management is some of the least organized least informed people I've had the displeasure to work for. Nobody wants inform anyone of relevant changes in the company such as layoffs or customer expectations until the very last second. Leaving no time to adjust.

Employee referral system, could use improvement on correspondence. Eligible referrals don't often receive any sort of communication whether they were hired or not

Capable of receiving full coverage, but only after your first 90 days of employment. Full coverage is nice but being in a vulnerable position for those 90 days are dangerous

COMMUNICATION. Many supervisors are left in the dark so that important info is delayed to get to the operators. employees are left with singular days to plan for being laid off for periods that vary from a week to indefinitely.
