My team is too supportive. As i am newly joined employee in this company, whatever support and guidance i am receiving is really appreciable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

COMMUNICATION. Many supervisors are left in the dark so that important info is delayed to get to the operators. employees are left with singular days to plan for being laid off for periods that vary from a week to indefinitely.

Business skills! Professionalism skills! Staying out of employee personal business and sleeping and messing around with co workers and supervisors

They need to be more personable and be more willing to understand that life happens sometimes

The management, including the HR people out there need to start listening to the people

Communication, planning, spending, waste, better management.

Taking control the operators have more control then management .

General management competencies would be a start.

Being honest and trust worthy

Less posturing and self promotion and more championing of teams
