everyone is working here with the full of passion and enthusiasm. the energy level that they have at the start of the shift that energy level remains same at the end of the shift also.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To recignize the hard work and the effort of the people to reach the targets
Managment needs better decision making and care more about their emoloyees
General management competence. Don't be deceptive. Stop having such a superiority complex. Hire Americans instead of H1B's.
Less talk about diversity and inclusion and more action in these areas. Stop promoting the same toxic people.
Limit maximum working hour in the company
Well no one wants to interact with management because all they do is yell at us or fire people for getting snippy with them back
