during interview, the management was too good start with the mental ability test to the interaction of HR with the shortlisted candidates. i have not seen ever that HR interacts with the candidates

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Employee referral system, could use improvement on correspondence. Eligible referrals don't often receive any sort of communication whether they were hired or not
Have supervisors that are over the production line interview people instead of the HR department who barely knows where the productions lines are.
