COMMUNICATION. Many supervisors are left in the dark so that important info is delayed to get to the operators. employees are left with singular days to plan for being laid off for periods that vary from a week to indefinitely.

They need to be more personable and be more willing to understand that life happens sometimes

Because I was never trained like my male coworkers I was single out on a lot of things because the gapleader and supervisor was messing around on the job .The gapleader has ties to HR and got away with a lot of wrong doing and still getting away with being a bully to coworkers.

Employee referral system, could use improvement on correspondence. Eligible referrals don't often receive any sort of communication whether they were hired or not
Have supervisors that are over the production line interview people instead of the HR department who barely knows where the productions lines are.
