I do see a shift in culture with the office flexibility. People seem happier coming to the office now and I feel that people are managing their office time more efficiently.

The hands on approach they take with our client base. I love how the help us close deals and I appreciate how they help us fix complicated issues the client is experiencing.

I am in the right role for me. I get to work with our clients and many groups across the company. I also get to interact with our Executives often, which is always a great learning experience for me.

The compensation overall is good and competitive. The benefits are very expensive for top earners. We understand it is by design but it the plan is so expensive my family does not want to go to the doctor, which is a problem.
