We all treat each other fairly and build each other up. At this particular location we are very fair when it comes to making sure the right person gets credit for a sale and their commission cut as well.
The only reason they pay minimum wage here is because they have to. The amount of work an average sales person does per day is worth insanely more than 10 an hour. We do make commission BUT it’s impossible to rely on that during slow season
