Our benefits package needs more structure, the fact our benefit compensation is taxed doesn't really make sense. Stock options need to be outlined clearly with documentation.

It's all positive. The workplace is lovely, the team is great and everyone is really friendly. It does take some getting used to as I keep expecting someone to say "surprise this isn't real" but it is!

We work in hybrid model without any commitment, i can work all week from home, i can start late, as long as im doing my job

The culture is extremely toxic across multiple offices...
this place is so toxic. 1 person quits a month in NYC, all less than 6 months on the job.
