Our benefits package needs more structure, the fact our benefit compensation is taxed doesn't really make sense. Stock options need to be outlined clearly with documentation.

It's all positive. The workplace is lovely, the team is great and everyone is really friendly. It does take some getting used to as I keep expecting someone to say "surprise this isn't real" but it is!
