My experience has been very positive. My team was very welcoming to me when I joined and eased me into my workload at a good pace. The only downside was I told before I started I would get a prorated amount for the yearly bonus but since I started right after reviews I wasn't actually eligible.

The culture of the company is to be very transparent. At previous companies I would notice that harder questions would often get either ignored or given a non very meaningful answer. At Kajabi, everyone from my manager to the executives are happy to answer your questions.
