I think leadership team should accommodate employees' requests in regards to work location preferece (remote / hybrid) and not force those who do not want to be in office to come in 3 days a week, particularly when It is not necessary to complete their job.

Stop trying to do everything, everywhere, all at once. Slow down and define 3-5 clear priorities instead of 10+.

More transparency. Solving for the big issues that are creating blockers for employees instead of just adding more on their plates. PRIORITIZING. Not always just talking about whats not working, but what people are doing well and giving some positive reinforcement. Actually stopping burnout.

The best part was being able to work remote. It's too bad that was taken way. It feels like a punishment and slightly discriminating to those who live local. I am really happy that Kajabi gives unlimited PTO and has a bonus program.

I feel that I should have been promoted by now. The company adjusts compensation based on where an employee lives.

I have been w/ Kajabi for over 2 years & have not received a promotion. When I asked my manage ahead of time what I needed to do to get it, & they told me I would get it but when the time came, I was denied. Each year we get a pay adjustment but that doesnt even cover inflation.

I feel my pay is at the low end of the industry scale. My pay has hardly grown in the years I have been with Kajabi.

Anything less than 7.5% pay increase during a recession is essentially a pay cut. Also, teams that are hybrid are even more burnt out and not motivated by coming into an empty office just to be on zoom with remote people all day. Think more holistically about the experience of all employees.

I feel there is still a lot of personal judgment within my coworkers, it feels very cliquey, and some new versus old negativity in my immediate team. I do not experience this so much in other teams I work with.

Leadership wants us to do everything unrealistically fast, sets unrealistic expectations for results, and then wonders why the outcome isn't what they wanted.

Think more holistically about the experience of all employees at a primarily remote company. Hybrid isn't working, needs to be more team or manager based. SLOW the burnout. Be clear about priorities and not try to do everything at once. More accountability to Sr leadership to solve problems.
