Review from Customer Support Dept

ability to schedule office hours on Ahad's calendar

Review from Customer Success Dept

I think leadership team should accommodate employees' requests in regards to work location preferece (remote / hybrid) and not force those who do not want to be in office to come in 3 days a week, particularly when It is not necessary to complete their job.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be real, be honest, be forthcoming, be consistent. We're all currently sprinting towards untenable deadlines with half-baked-at-best plans and diminishing support. ICs are leaving, green leaders are replacing them with big ideas but no grounding in reality.

Stop trying to do everything, everywhere, all at once. Slow down and define 3-5 clear priorities instead of 10+.

Review from Marketing Dept

alignment amongst each other top down

-Keeping lower level team members better informed overall. -Accommodating team members' work preferences. -Enabling team members to achieve their career goals and providing clear and achievable action items. -Stop micromanaging. -Trust team members to do their job.

Review from Marketing Dept

More transparency. Solving for the big issues that are creating blockers for employees instead of just adding more on their plates. PRIORITIZING. Not always just talking about whats not working, but what people are doing well and giving some positive reinforcement. Actually stopping burnout.

Review from Marketing Dept

The changes currently being made unilaterally by leadership are negatively affecting the people that work here and the business trajectory. Look at the loss of talent due to the in-office policy and insistence of good compensation despite the contradicting sentiment from non-leadership.

Review from Customer Support Dept

* Listen to actual concerns of employees * Meaningfully address concerns or provide transparent reasons why they cannot be addressed * Improve avenues for truly anonymous feedback * Reverse the in-office mandate

Review from Engineering Dept

The company culture has changed and getting worse. Top down policy changes, RTO (Return to Office), for example. C level leadership has not been transparent and has exhibited that they don't care nor want to listen to employees about RTO.

Review from Engineering Dept

Stop the lack of transparency with no good-faith effort to hear concerns or suggestions related to either business improvement or employee satisfaction. Don't hide behind middle management and ignore problems, while demanding changes but not asking questions or being willing to answer any.

Caring more about the employees and less about money. There is a common theme of leadership turning down or refusing pay bumps and promotions but still expecting work to be done that is well above the job scope of the individual.

Maturity and transparency. The leadership team is hostile, new to c-suite leadership, and self-serving.

Review from Product Dept

Understanding processes of the whole company

Review from Marketing Dept

Communication and free flow of info in a more timely manner.

Review from Marketing Dept

Lead with Empathy and respect. Talking to people in a demeaning way does not work and its showing with your retention and the need for this survey. It's also not encouraging that there are no game changing ideas that are being instituted from the team. Not sure what you are doing.
