La-Z-Boy – I have been purchasing LazBoy furniture since i was first married 30 years ago. Recently, 8 months ago, bought a love seat and couch, both recliners. I enjoyed several things about this job, but at the end of the day, not being paid a compensation that made me feel valued and the poorly constructed commission plan--all in the favor of the company, not the individual, is why I left this company.
