I love my team, I love my manager, I love this office, but I don't feel like Lyft is allowing me to stay long term, despite overwhelmingly positive reviews during calibration. It feels as if there are little to no opportunities to grow within the people org.

I'm a TFTE and I don't feel my positive performance is being reflected in my pay and opportunities at Lyft. It doesn't seem fair that my promo was delayed until 2020 when that isn't the case for other roles that are equally junior.

I feel when I bring up concerns, I don't get heard. I also think being in a remote office, we don't get heard, and we also don't get considered when a lot of planning is done. I also think, we don't fully plan with the employees in consideration.
