Overall, I've learned alot in the last six months. I enjoy the work I do.

They speak about Lyfts values in every update, etc.
Review from HR Dept
That they are open to feedback and genuinely listen/take action
Review from HR Dept
The communication is awesome. They're pretty consistent with providing updates.
Review from HR Dept
The leadership team is doing a great job at communicating changes to the whole team and following up on action items.
Review from HR Dept
Lyft's leadership is transparent, available, and clear on the direction the company and the teams are going to achieve our overall mission.
Review from HR Dept
They need to spend more time listening to our needs as recruiters instead of trying to have us be yes people. I know for a fact their is a culture here where women are not as respected as their male counterparts when the women are more skilled or in higher roles.
Review from HR Dept
I feel when I bring up concerns, I don't get heard. I also think being in a remote office, we don't get heard, and we also don't get considered when a lot of planning is done. I also think, we don't fully plan with the employees in consideration.
Review from HR Dept
Accountability and visibility. I have been at a variety of meetings where the slido questions are continually addressed at the surface level when it is clear that the team is just looking for someone to acknowledge that right now is a tough time given the benefit cuts, stock price, and attrition.
Review from HR Dept
We aren't thinking of big picture strategy and instead . just cutting costs and doing things that don't make it appear like they are being thoughtful. more reactionary vs proactive.

Annual discussion about comp increase.

Equity grants are exciting because I belive the investment I put into my work will pay off long term.
Review from HR Dept
Base pay and sign-on bonus.
Review from HR Dept
the mental health care plan
Review from HR Dept
strong equity package for employees
Review from HR Dept
If I was correctly leveled.
Review from HR Dept
I feel undervalued because I do not think my skills are properly being used. I would feel better if we were on the same bands as our SF counterparts, much like our engineering partners are. I know they are individuals who are higher leveled then me when hired and they are NOT a stronger employee.
Review from HR Dept
It is not that I feel undervalued, it is just that offers that people have received externally are significantly higher then what we are giving out here at Lyft. We also don't have a bonus structure which most if not all companies at our size have right now
Review from HR Dept
Knowing what others make / leveled as who do not perform as well or did not have as much experience - if I quit and rejoined maybe I would make what I deserved / equal with others. Better pay.
Review from HR Dept
The scope of the role isn't large enough nor creatively championed
Review from HR Dept
I am on a team where everyone is focused on our goals and care about each other as people.
Review from HR Dept
We all look out for each other and want to help each other succeed.
Review from HR Dept
We work hard and are successful at our job. We like each other and are a strong family.
Review from HR Dept
Great, positive energy. I truly feel like this team really wants to help one another. It makes it really refreshing to come into work every day, that is why I've been here for so long!
Review from HR Dept
We're called Team Sunshine for a reason!
Review from HR Dept
Not being too harsh on drivers of color. They are constantly deactivated due to racial biases
Review from HR Dept
To make everyone feel like they belong.
Review from HR Dept
No-fault is on the individual but as a team, we need to improve on our ability to do annual planning. Like engineering, we should also be building our roadmaps, creating groups to accomplish tasks and revisiting this throughout the year to see if we were effective. We are very reactionary here.
Review from HR Dept
There is a tattle tale culture where no one can trust anyone and people don't really socialize or have fun.
Review from HR Dept
I think culture/environment right now isn't too positive. But my team is extremely positive so it helps get through this weird time!
Review from HR Dept
Having a good leadership team
Review from HR Dept
We all believe in the mission!
Review from HR Dept
I love working out of the seattle office. Our culture is positive. engineering respects recruiting and they value what we have to say. I can't say that about other offices.
Review from HR Dept
The people. Lyft has done a great job of building a really strong culture filled with people who respect one another and who constantly want to help each other

Review from HR Dept
With no backfills, our team is getting stretched incredibly thin and we have no coverage when folks want to take vacations. We are also tasked with an incredible amount of manual work which is time-intensive and error-prone.
Review from HR Dept
We have the lowest accountability culture I have ever seen. I have worked at two other companies that went public. We have no hustle and nothing bad happens to people who consistently underperform.
