I'm happy and feel secure on my team. I like the work I do and I like Lyft. The outside noise of other teams, and leaderships messiness right now puts a damper on things, but I still am happy.

I am on a team where everyone is focused on our goals and care about each other as people.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and manager. They are great and it makes me work harder and achieve goals knowing it's for the team/manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think culture/environment right now isn't too positive. But my team is extremely positive so it helps get through this weird time!
