Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Prime Time needs to be more realistic. Just because it's out there doesn't mean you'll ever get it.

There should be an amount earned for driving to the destination for picking up customers and should give drivers a minimum of $4 per ride.

There needs to be better on-road driver coverage in certain smaller markets in order to prevent long pickups. This leads to more mileage, less compensation.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less focus on growth, more on sustainability of the people - too much work and responsibility is loaded on managers, and executive leadership disappears when it gets tough.

Easier to reach bonuses. Uber bonuses are much more realistic to reach. So I drive for them more
