The leadership team is doing a great job at communicating changes to the whole team and following up on action items.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. Lyft has done a great job of building a really strong culture filled with people who respect one another and who constantly want to help each other
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great, positive energy. I truly feel like this team really wants to help one another. It makes it really refreshing to come into work every day, that is why I've been here for so long!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not that I feel undervalued, it is just that offers that people have received externally are significantly higher then what we are giving out here at Lyft. We also don't have a bonus structure which most if not all companies at our size have right now
