They need to learn to stop being stuck up and rude

It is just i dont feel comfortable here, they dont treat you like humans and if you make one mistake you are bashed for it

They need to learn to be adults and treat their employees like humans, also they need to train the new employees better and not just throw them in and expect them to learn everything
