  • It really varies by role, location and internal Philips sector. If you staff a call center or customer visitor center you can expected to be at a Philips location most of the time. Sales roles are out in the field meeting with customers primarily. There are a number of roles where working from home 1+ days/wk is accepted.

  • Morale has its ebbs and flows. For the first half of the year, we often hear how our numbers are not doing well and then the third and fourth quarter comes in high. This makes people anxious and decreases morale.
