Princess Cruises – The Medallion Class App does not work properly. I have been calling for over a month to get the technical issues resolved with no luck. I leave in 16 days for my cruise. I'll never use Princess Cruises again. I've spent over $5000 on my cruise and my customer experience so far has been awful!
