No room to advance even if you go above and beyond. Discrimnate promotion agains race. Favoritism when promoting. Promotes the wrong employees who have been less time in PS and dont work but because they know someone and are white they get promoted

Actually work and dont come to sleep or work intoxicade or watch netflix all day and dont clean or make phone calls

Pay better and bring back drug test before hiring. Have a more strict policy to fire lazy people. If the pay improve PS might get better quality long term employees

Stop ignoring employees behaviors. Those who dont work or call out sick should be penalised. Employees that work 2-3 stores MVP shift and do all the job that lazy employees dont should be rewarded financially differently. Working as trainer getting paid $1.50 more and doing 4 people job its not fair. When a lazy employee gets paid equal as my regualar salary yet they dont work or do anything its not fair that we get pay equally when the quality work ethics are not the same
