Since I started they have shown me that as long as you keep your eyes and ears open there is much to learn to help you succeed and move up if that is your desire and i have some of the best managers to help with that they all seem to really care not just about the job but you as an individual I lot

Mileage reimbursement is great when I get it. Right now I drive 68 miles round trip to and from work and get reimbursed for none of it. I think theres something that could be done about it.

The job is much too physically demanding not to be paid $22/hr min and we don't have enough pto to fully recover much of the time.

Property specific- some properties take more work and going above and beyond to make sure things are as it should. No recognition is given for that. A mare virtual badge doesn't do much. More monetary compensation would be better.

Employees should earn wages based on their time with the company and not just performance and pto time should also be accrued much faster or have a set time for vacation periods

Customers complain about properties being open half time, not having access to people in office and customer service line, inaccurate information told between pms and customer service.

The MPV is outrageous and it will show up in customer satisfaction surveys and google reviews too much work put on the employees for 15 and hour and the job is dangerous. I have literally been threatened at work. too concerned with profit and not employees.
