Mileage reimbursement is great when I get it. Right now I drive 68 miles round trip to and from work and get reimbursed for none of it. I think theres something that could be done about it.

Everyone should at least get a little bit of a raise to make it $20 or $1 raise. There are some of us who go beyond expectations and do stuff that other people don't do or supposed to do.

The "stronger" employees often get used to "clean up" behind the other property managers and carry the weight of upholding PS facility standards.

The job is much too physically demanding not to be paid $22/hr min and we don't have enough pto to fully recover much of the time.

Property specific- some properties take more work and going above and beyond to make sure things are as it should. No recognition is given for that. A mare virtual badge doesn't do much. More monetary compensation would be better.

I like being able to decide how I manage my daily tasks and the flexibility to help the team as needed whether that be remote or quickly heading over to another facility to support a Property Manager as needed.

Day to day there is not much to look forward to. Often work independently so no socialization to keep motivated.

Customers complain about properties being open half time, not having access to people in office and customer service line, inaccurate information told between pms and customer service.

The MPV is outrageous and it will show up in customer satisfaction surveys and google reviews too much work put on the employees for 15 and hour and the job is dangerous. I have literally been threatened at work. too concerned with profit and not employees.
