At first it was a bit much but once you learn most of the information an rules it gets easy team is always helpful management as well I enjoy working at different locations don't mind travel wish we set off days tho an a bit more pay but best that I enjoy working for public storage.

Payday of course but also know that I'm coming into work in a very clean and organized environment
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coaching the opportunity to always grow in learn and your Managers don't make you feel like a bad employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I like the job it's challenging which something I look forward to but at times it is a lot of work few dollars more in pay in this economy wouldn't hurt it would really boost morale also bring in more hires 17.50 to start wouldn't be to bad.
