Overall my experience has been a positive when it comes assisting the customer. The downside and dissapointment has been with our DM. I feel that (by his actions why he speaks such as his tone of voice, emails with giany bold letters followed by exclamation points and ongoing "threats"

This hasbeej one of the worst companies I have worked for for job satisfaction. The level on incompetence at higher levels astounds me and the lack of communication or help is sub par. Poor workers are rewarded and good workers are forced to other employment due to low level wages.

A better living wage for the work expected and higher tiers for levels of pm/a property pm/ktp. Bring back the better bonus systems to make it attainable rather than based on numbers you cannot achieve due to low satisfaction scores due to public storage never fixing problems for customers

I believe we are covering a lot of grounds for our compensation. I do enjoy the work that I do, but it is much more than what was in the job description. Sometimes the workload feels like it should be handled by 2-3 people but it is only one person handling it.

My team - team members and managers. We make sure to have fun together, we also recognize each other's good work, and we never criticize or blame game anyone. It is a very positive and nurturing environment. Everyone wants the other person to succeed.

It is a rare opportunity in a retail-like environment to have a more relaxed pace. So when i do have contact with my customers i dont feel run down. I approach each one like we are in a small business in a small town. I also appreciate that tasks can be done at my pace and any order I want.

Having to take care of several locations make us feel that we are not completing everything that needs doing. Most location do take more than 1/2 day to do lock check, cleaning, taking care of customer, and other task.
