That I get to meet amazing customers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more involved with the team and not in meetings all day every day. Putting their team first. Making sure their safety is in goods. I could go on and on.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is only 3 Co workers I can count on. Others can't seem to do their job and they leave it for others to do. They cry about having to mvps and mess other people's stores up. So we have to go behind them and fix it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For everything that we have to do as one person. We aren't paid enough for it. Non-negotiable $15 an hour to do non negotiable things and whatnot with only a 30 minute lunch is absolutely insane we deserve to be paid more for everything that we do we are the face of the company
