We are all out to help each other and never mind offering support.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone in upper management in my region have been exceptionally supportive and hard working.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I complete tasks that need to be done. Nothing beats the satisfaction of that.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The only thing I can think of is for all properties in my district to be better at doing everything the same way, paperwork wise.
