I believe the level of responsibility as a property manager will reflect greatly on my resume. However my wage is far too low and is reflected in my eventual annual salary being far lower than previous jobs I've worked. I carry myself in a professional manner at this job and hopeful pay increases.

My overall experience at this company is horrible. I would never have my friends or families work here. Thay's like asking them to do the hard work. just for some white people in a corporate office take credit for all of our hard work. I get better benefits working a McDonalds than Public Storage.

The company is focused on metrics that mean little to nothing to its clients, and spends no time asking employees for input on how the job can run smoother. They'd rather have new iPad updates than adequately staff busy properties.

If your talking about anyone above the DM. You guys need to do a better job and actually pay your employees a liveable wage. I want like to see the people at corporate do the work that PM's do daily. You would be exhausted having to do what we do. This job makes me very depressed and joyless.

Value your employees more Managers are receiving way to much pay in relationship to Property Managers- property managers are doing MPV and doing physical labor and multiple job descriptions. Abandon goods bringing abandoned items to dumpsters items weighing over 20-50 pounds. Maintenance, IT, Clean

Stop ignoring employees behaviors. Those who dont work or call out sick should be penalised. Employees that work 2-3 stores MVP shift and do all the job that lazy employees dont should be rewarded financially differently. I'm grateful I was kept at my same pay rate when I transferred over with Simply Self Storage. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to afford to stay with Public at the rate they start at.

Respectfully in terms of the hourly rate it is the lowest I've accepted in a decade. Life is expensive and with inflation and changes to the economic climate I believe this job is deserving of higher hourly rate.

I feel undervalued because Public Storage doesn't pay a liveable wage. You expect us to do all of this labor for free. You would pay vendor to do what we do. But why do that when you can cheat your workers having them do it with no bonuses. The thing that would make me feel better is a better raise.

Insistence ALL managers do the job. We are pretending to be a TEAM. Team DOES NOT mean I (and others ) do someone elses work. Team is 100% equally DOING the job and assisting others when the going get rough not "oh what a great team player, he just did all of the other managers work.
