The welcoming nature and willing to work together as a team no matter the conditions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The wealth of knowledge everyone collectively has due to long term tenure from most employees. Seems like a lot of people here started at the DM level and worked their way up to executive leadership in some capacity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The unification of the team and clear cut expectations of where the company is heading. The perfect example of this is the recent NSA acquisition and how much we focused on making all the new team members feel welcomed.
