The LT truly does look at each situation and individual when making decisions. They take the himan approach and actively and consistently use creative problem solving where they can to do the right thing by our people.

I feel valued although there is historical compression and some red tape that keeps us from being able to make adjustments at the pace we need to. I would feel better about my compensation if it were able to be reevaulated against the market and my title were updated to reflect my role.
