State Farm Insurance: Low morale due to announcement of layoffs/severance buyouts of many in other departments. Leadership has this attitude toward employees that we are expendable and should just be lucky to have a job at all.

Tyson Foods: Matching 401k 1-1 up to 3% then 1/2 of next 2% plus matching stock purchases.

Delta Air Lines: Finding how un-American the ready reserve program is and getting rid of it and have one payscale for thr SAME job. There is nothing right in having a subset pf second-class employees, aka ready reserves.
