Acelero Learning: Lack of regular support is sad.
Sweetwater: I enjoy working here, but I'm not here for the now; I'm here for the future. Where I see this company going and where I see myself at. Once I don't see that vision as a reality any more, then I will look outside of Sweetwater for it.

Acelero Learning: I have had good and bad experiences here at Acelero. More goo than bad. They have helped me grow as a mother and an employee.
Acelero Learning: My experience has been very positive. I have been given opportunities to explore various roles and given encouragement to pursue advancement when the time is right. Admin is involved in the day to day operation and always open to conversations, giving us ownership in decisions
Sitecore: Overall - I really enjoy my job and my work. Recently, there have been 3 individuals who've expressed concern that ELT is not managing personnel challenges and it is disheartening given the accusations and evidence of less than desired conduct by senior staff and leaders.
Outreach: It has been great. The company has invested in me personally and I give fully of myself.
Curative: Slowly still learning the system of the company although I am confident enough to apply my skills and expertise for my role and perform my job duties even beyond that.

Acelero Learning: I have thoroughly enjoyed working for Shine Early Learning and look forward to future opportunities at Shine. The only negative factors to consider are expensive health insurance and limited PTO as a new employee.

Sitecore: good leadership but work culture could be improved by organizing more informal events for the employees.
Acelero Learning: Acelero Is a good company overall but this year its been a chaos with enrollment and staff recruitment. Acelero Learning: Colleagues are easy to work with and open to new ideas
Acelero Learning: I really love Acelero, I just really wished that all staff are held accountable to the same expectations. Its very frustrating to work so hard and take things so serious just to see other department staff not.
Acelero Learning: It was good in the beginning, then over time you see the level of support from supervisors reduce, leadership is too "high up" to even say hello or good morning to staff. I do alot of jobs for higher positions and no recognition.
Acelero Learning: I enjoy working with my families and children and heave developed some great relationships with the parents/guardians. My supervisor makes everything worth it. She makes sure that I am "ok" as a person and appreciates my efforts at work.

Sitecore: Providing a good work life balance to the team
Kum & Go: We have great benefits. I have no complaints there.
Acelero Learning: So far the company that work is doing great
LegalZoom: LegalZoom is a fast paced, hands-on environment. It's large enough to have processes in place, but small enough to flex and pivot often - keeping it very exciting.
Acelero Learning: There is not enough text allowance to give a meaningful response. This is a perfect example of Acelero's intentions towards giving employee autonomy without a realistic understanding of how to implement and manage this.
Sonesta: Positive work environment with hard working people
Outreach: It's everything I had hoped it would be. It's not perfect but I couldn't even describe what perfection looks like. I am most impressed by our CEO and the level of coordination that is felt at every juncture. Our alignment is rock solid, which is crazy in a fast paced environment as this is.

LegalZoom: Receiving recognition for the hard work I contribute to my team.
Outreach: I enjoy my team and the work I do. I could be busier at times but overall, the workload is appropriate. It allows me to take on special projects without working 10+ hours each day. My managers believe in work/life balance and do not expect me to be constantly available.
