Belk: Absolutely the worst online experience. I ordered a pair of shoes. They sent me the wrong color-intentionally since mine was out of stock (even though website indicated it in stock). Only offered refund and $20. Do not like having an errand created for me. Shameful.
J-R Cigar: Right now I am pretty disappointed. Less than a day after placing a $450 order, JR had a sale which would have saved me $100. I called and Customer Service would not adjust the pricing even though the sale was announced before my order shipped. This will make me very cautious ordering again.
Ace Hardware: To be honest, I think Ace is one of the few genuinely fantastic companies to work for. The fact that Ace employees stay on the job for far longer than the typical amount of time nowadays shows how much they value their care.
