Tradesmen International: The recruiters and agents only care for their pockets. They do not have your best interest in mind and always side with the employer even when guven evidence. They attempt to keep wages unless you ask for them.
Guidewire Software: It's fine. It is clear from my function's leadership that I'm nothing but a cog in the wheel and my expertise is neither acknowledged nor utilized. So I sit here and do what is asked of me, and do it...fine.

While there have been opportunities to develop, the uncertainty about the future makes it harder to feel fully confident in my role.
